License
The programs and components of the ADFR software suite are distributed under the Sannerlab MIT-like Source-Available License, the license of all the lab’s software.
The MSMS program and the MSLIB component, which compute molecular surfaces, are covered by this license for non-commercial use only; commercial use needs a separate license. Of the suite’s programs, only agfrgui uses them, for surface calculation and display. They are not used by adfr, agfr, autosite, adcp, prepare_ligand or prepare_receptor.
