Download AGFR
AGFR is not distributed on its own. It is part of ADFRsuite 1.0, together with AutoDockFR, AutoSite, AutoDock CrankPep 1.0, AutoGrid4, prepare_receptor and prepare_ligand.

After installation, the AGFR programs are in ADFRsuite-1.0/bin/:

The AutoDock CrankPep 1.1 installer also installs agfr and agfrgui.
