Download ADCP 1.1
ADCP 1.1 runs on Linux. The installation script uses (or creates) a micromamba or conda environment called adcpsuite with Python 3.7. It installs everything ADCP 1.1 needs, plus agfrgui, the graphical tool for generating the target files that describe receptors.
Linux with micromamba
In a shell, go to your home folder and fetch the micromamba binary:
cd ~; curl -Ls https://micro.mamba.pm/api/micromamba/linux-64/latest | tar -xvj bin/micromambaInstall micromamba:
bin/micromamba shell init -s bash -p `pwd`/micromambaActivate micromamba:
source ~/.bashrcDownload the installation script, or:
wget https://github.com/sannerlab/downloads/releases/download/adcp-1.1/adcpsuite_micromamba.shRun it:
sh ./adcpsuite_micromamba.shThis installs ADCP 1.1 with all required packages and dependencies.
Activate the environment:
micromamba activate adcpsuiteYou can now run ADCP by typing adcp in your shell, and AGFRgui by typing agfrgui.
Linux with conda
If conda is not installed yet, follow the conda installation instructions.
Download the installation script, or:
wget https://github.com/sannerlab/downloads/releases/download/adcp-1.1/adcpsuite_conda.shRun it:
sh ./adcpsuite_conda.shThis installs ADCP 1.1 with all required packages and dependencies.
Activate the environment:
conda activate adcpsuiteYou can now run ADCP by typing adcp in your shell, and AGFRgui by typing agfrgui.
macOS
ADCP can run on macOS with Apple Silicon (M1/M2) at near-native speed inside an Ubuntu virtual machine. Follow these instructions to install the UTM virtualization app with an Ubuntu virtual machine running ADCP 1.1.
