Re-docking a 7-mer peptide (PDB 3Q47)	prepare PDBQT files, generate a target file, dock a peptide from its sequence, read the output
Re-docking a cyclic peptide (PDB 5GRD)	dock a peptide with a disulfide bond, cluster by native contacts

Before you start:

• Download and install ADFRsuite 1.0.
• Put ADFRsuite-1.0/bin on your PATH (Linux or macOS shell).
• Download and unzip the tutorial data (ADCP_tutorial_data.zip).
