License
ADCP is distributed under the Sannerlab MIT-like Source-Available License, the license of all the lab’s software. If you publish work that uses ADCP, the license asks you to cite the ADCP papers.
ADFRsuite 1.0, which includes ADCP 1.0, also contains the MSMS program and the MSLIB component, which compute molecular surfaces. For them the license covers non-commercial use only; commercial use needs a separate license. Of the suite’s programs, only agfrgui uses them, for surface calculation and display. They are not used by adfr, agfr, autosite, adcp, prepare_ligand or prepare_receptor.
